Cannonball Custom Homes came about in the summer of 2009.  With a background in residential banking, Cannonball's founder, Ray Belcher, had a good grasp of the construction process.  With the nationwide housing market taking a bigger hit than the local, Ray thought it may be a good opportunity to change his focus.  He left the banking world and started building houses.  Many people questioned the wisdom of this move because of all the "Doom & Gloom" reports about the market on TV every night.  And in all honesty, there may be been a little truth to some of those comments.  However, Cannonball Custom Homes has managed to double and triple their volume during these troublesome economic times.  As a young company and builder, Cannonball was earning new business when other builders weren't.  This begs the questions, "Why?".  Check out the Cannonall Difference on our home page for more info!
