- If we had to pick one word to describe Ray it would be HONEST! We had an amazing experience with him in our building process! Not once did we feel like he was cheating us or lying to us. He was always up front and HONEST! Ray is a man of his word. We own a hair salon and we talk to people all the time who have had horrible experiences in building their homes. We just pipe up and say gee we're sorry...wish you could have used our builder. I'm sure they get sick of us bragging on him so much! One thing that Ray said to us in the very beginning was that he assured us after our house was built and we had moved in that we would still be friends with him! He couldn't have been more right! We actually miss seeing him every day. We recommended him to some of our friends, who are now building with him, and we feel like we need to check in once in a while to see if Ray's around. We've also loved going over to their house and saying hello to the subs that we had at our house previously. We could go on and on at what a wonderful experience it was. We love to "show our house off" to others who are thinking of building. When we're asked if there is anything we would change...we look at them and say NO...it's exactly what we wanted and more!
Most people say they would never build another home because they had such a horrible experience. Would we do it all over again? Absolutely but only if Ray could be our builder!!
We feel very blessed to have been able to build our dream home and even more blessed that God had a hand in picking Ray as our builder to make the process go so smoothly.

Fairview, OK - We purchased an older farm house in late 2009 with plans to remodel and add-on to the existing structure. After much thought, we hired Ray Belcher, with Cannonball Custom Homes.
